研究室簡介
根據統計約有15-20%夫妻有不孕症的困擾,其中30-50%歸類於男性因素。但男性不孕症的病因與治療方式,目前仍有許多尚待突破之瓶頸。我們研究主要在探討男性不孕症中,造成睪丸造精功能不良與先天性雙側輸精管缺損之病因。研究方式是利用分子與細胞生物技術,鑑定參與男性不孕症與先天性輸精管障礙之基因,並設立轉殖小鼠模式,解析其致病機制。進一步,發展可能的檢驗與治療方式,歡迎有興趣參與的暑期生與研究生加入。
